Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your plan at any time from your account, or by writing to hello@prompy.io from the email address on your account. There is no cancellation fee.

When you cancel, the plan stops renewing. You keep access and the credits you have until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again.

On an annual plan, you keep receiving your monthly credits until the paid year ends.

The trial costs $1 and lasts 3 days. Cancel before the 3 days end and you will not be charged for the Starter plan. If you do not cancel, the trial becomes Starter monthly at $14 per month, charged on day 4.

If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the 3 days end.

Ask within 7 days of any charge and we refund it in full, as long as you have not used credits from that charge. This covers the trial, the first payment of a plan, a renewal you forgot to cancel, and top-ups. When we refund a plan or a renewal, we also cancel it.

If you have already used some of those credits, write to us anyway. We look at each case and refund the unused part when it is fair.

We always honor the rights that consumer law gives you where you live, including the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

Some things are handled without a refund request:

• When a generation or an upscale fails on our side, we return its credits to your balance right away.
• When we block a request in moderation, it costs no credits.
• If we close your account for reasons other than fraud, we refund the unused part of the top-ups you paid for.

Unused plan credits expire at the end of each month and are not refunded after the 7-day window. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months.

Write to hello@prompy.io from the email address on your account. Include the date of the charge or the receipt, and tell us briefly why. We answer every request by email.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so Creem issues the refund to the card you paid with, in US dollars. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can usually solve it faster. When a chargeback is opened, we freeze the account, remove its remaining credits, and delete its images after 30 days.
